Hot spring is one of the things that you must not miss when visiting Hokkaido.
During a company trip to Hokkaido in 2006, we checked into a hot springs hotel. Before dinner, the guys just wanted to try out the famous hot spring. So they went in a group, stripped themselves naked, happily talking about everything under the sky. Suddenly, a big size naked man walked in, they got a shock, didn’t expect to see the company MD standing in front of them NAKED!! They went quiet abruptly. They looked each other in their eyes and dared not simply turn their heads or look down or stare at a certain body part :p.
The MD calmly joined them in the pool and said, “Why so quiet? You may continue your chat.”
Silent……
“Huh? Nothing to chat? Let’s talk about company business then.”
HAHAHA!!!! The guys certainly felt uneasy throughout the whole hot spring experience. What a memorable “scene”:D.
